SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. *preparing order for shipment*. The processing starts the following business day after you place an order. This does not include weekends (SAT/SUN) or Holidays. 

2. Carrier: Depending on your location packages are shipped, via USPS, FEDEX, and DHL. Delivery will be based on their current time frames. You will receive a tracking number via email or text depending on your preference. *Packages are prepped for shipping M-F between (9am-5pm). 

3. Please understand shipping times may vary due to COVID-19. If you have any issues tracking your package please email us directly at info@eynkbeauty.com. Always include your Full name, Order #, and clear details about your issue. 

**If you have a tracking number and are able to get details about your package but still have questions, please contact the carrier for further information.**

4. Incorrect Shipping Details: If a package is returned to ASUR LLC DBA EYNK due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. ASUR LLC DBA EYNK is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

5. Lost or Stolen: ASUR LLC DBA EYNK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are showing delivered to provided address. ASUR LLC DBA EYNK will confirm the provided address, tracking details and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

At Checkout you will have the option to select STANDARD (3-4 BUSINESS DAYS) or EXPRESS (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS).
